No I'm Not Really a Chef

I'm actually a high school teacher, thank you very much, and have had problems with food in the past, including an addiction to fast food and a disregard for proper nutrition. I am still struggling, but the fight is a little easier these days. I have never particularly cared for cooking, but because eating out is expensive, and I do like good food, I have had to learn to cook.

The thing that has helped the most has been the magazine Clean Eating. It has helped me understand nutrition and eating in a way that I have never understood it before. I am in no way affiliated with the magazine, aside from being a subscriber, and do not get any kind of payment or compensation from the magazine, but I do recommend it very highly simply because it has helped me so much.
